ALL ORDERS ARE PRE-ORDERS

Estimated delivery is 6–8 months from the date of purchase. This window covers everything from your order to the product in your hands — not only production. We quote it wide on purpose: we would rather arrive early than explain a delay. If there is a material change to the expected timeline, we will notify you by email.

Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before your order enters fulfillment.

We keep a limited number of units ready to ship. Immediate delivery is arranged directly with our team and sold at full price — promotional pricing applies to pre-orders only. Write to support@thefrenchieco.com.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free express shipping on orders over $199.00 USD on all products except the Speed Cockpit.

TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES

We ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx Express. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@thefrenchieco.com and we will assist you promptly.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. THE FRENCHIE CO. is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Where Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) is available, duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout. For destinations where DDP is not available, your order ships Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): duties, import taxes and VAT are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country, are not included in the purchase price, and must be paid by the customer. THE FRENCHIE CO. is not responsible for these additional charges or for delays caused by customs processing.

RETURNS
